As we all can see only too well, the US economy is in turmoil.  The causes are many including the mortgage meltdown, the Billion dollar bailout, Wall Steet failures, the recent election and the uncertainty about the new government direction and future policies.  The Stock Market is showing it's confusion over these events going up several hundred points one day and dropping several hundred points the next. Many investors are pulling their money out of this rollercoaster and looking for more something more stable.

I suggest everyone look to the time tested solution for past recessions, the real estate market.  Even though we've had bubbles bursting and foreclosures everywhere, real estate prices are at very attractive levels. As a matter of fact, they're at the lowest levels in many years. Mortgage interest rates are very low and very attractive and we have a huge over-supply of resale inventory.  If you add all of this together, this is one of the very best times in years to buy property.

The year 2008 is going down in the history books as the year that the current dreary real estate market makes a u-turn and starts to stabilize and appreciate again.  Everyone keeps saying now is the time to buy.  Let me tell you, it's not only the time to buy, it's one of the very best times to buy that we will see for many years to come. As more sales take place, the market will rebound and re-gain some of it's lost value, making it not only a handsome investment target, but an opportunity for those apartment dwellers to become homeowners.  Once this turnaround begins, the US economy will begin to recover and start moving toward "smart" growth.

If you're tired of sitting on the sidelines waiting for the market to "bottom out", then this is the time for you to take action.  There are deals to be had out there in the market place. I'm available to help you find those deals.  With my 9 years of real estate experience and 4 years of foreclosure sales and purchases, I can help guide you through this transitional period.
Please call me at 770-354-0616 or e-mail me with your needs.  I'm ready when you are.
